My parents sent us out to dinner for Mike’s birthday which was both generous and delicious. For some reason we had never been to The Queens Kickshaw even though their menu is full of cheese and we decided that there’s no time like the present to make a good food-related decision.
It was next to impossible to make a choice so we chose as much as we could. I had the Great Hill Blue grilled cheese because I genuinely believe most things should come with prune jam. I couldn’t even take a picture of it because I laid such waste to it.
They only have one location and it’s a pretty far walk from us which is a blessing because we’re too lazy to go all that frequently and when we do, we’ve at least worked up an appetite.
My only question is how do I cook a sunchoke?
